Your continued use of the website and / or purchasing from it means that you, as an individual or as a representative of an entity, have read and understood the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.
Pricing, product description and availability.
All prices are displayed in US dollars. All descriptions are approximate as honey is a natural product its colour and taste may change from season to season.
All products shown on our website should be in stock, in the unlikely event that items are ordered are out of stock we will contact you offering the following.

1. Substitute the product for one of equal or greater value.

2. We will back order the product and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available

3. You may cancel your order and have a full refund
Simply browse our store and add any items you wish to buy to the shopping cart, once you are satisfied that you have selected the correct items click on checkout and follow the instructions. You will be asked for further details so that we can complete your order.
Delivery
Goods will normally be posted via UPS Ground or U.S.P.S Parcel Post. We reserve the right to use another delivery service at our discretion. We aim to send your goods within two business days (normally one) of receiving your order and payment confirmation. If this cannot be done we will notify you via email, with an option to change or cancel your order. Delivery charges apply, are based on the number of items and weight that you order, and can be viewed in the shopping cart page.
Returns and refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the complete order with products unopened within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us via e-mail stating why you are returning the goods, when we have received the complete order we will refund you in the manner in which you paid.
Delivery charges not refundable.
Bear Foot Honey Farm cannot be held responsible for peoples differing tastes and products cannot be returned for this reason. All our descriptions are based on our taste and could differ from your individual taste.
Loss and damage in transit
If your order has not been received within 10 working days please contact us and we will track your order. Should it be found to be lost we will contact you to discuss your options or reship your order. If your order is received damaged please contact us and we will organize delivery of a new shipment and collection of the damaged goods.
Privacy and Payment Details
Bear Foot Honey Farm respects your privacy rights. We only ask for details required to enable us to provide a quality service to you. These will be stored on a secure server and never disclosed to any third parties unless required to perform our service to you (i.e. if we choose to use a courier service for a large order and therefore provide your address). Payment is required at the time of order.
Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by Bear Foot Honey Farm, LLC
Failure or inability to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not affect our right to enforce the remaining terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time, with any changes posted on this website, and deemed to be valid from that time of posting.
