Wildflower honey is the classification of honey from hives placed in an area of a lot of different foliage. With each apiary the bees bring in its own uniqueness and flavor.  In northern California our wildflowers create a honey that has a delicate hint of fruit and with a sweet, smooth flavor.

This is an artisan honey, unheated and unfiltered - brought to you just the way God intended it. It is also a wonderful holistic treatment for those irritating allergies that plague the residents of Sonoma , Mendocino, Napa , and Marin Counties .

Due to the high pollen count found in our wildflower honey our wildflower often crystallizes within a week of extraction.
